Scripture tells us that “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge” (Proverbs 1:7). But biblical fear is far more than mere respect, anxiety, or terror. It is a holy awe before God’s majesty, a humble submission to His authority, a reverence that shapes our worship, obedience, and love.
